| Please bring your cell phone as we do not have phone service at this time. | |
| Pets are not allowed. | |
| Please let us know if there are any accidents or if anything is broken so that we can have it | |
| repaired or replaced. We know that accidents do happen, however, if it appears that any damage or theft was deliberate, you will be responsible for any costs incurred. | ||
| If any equipment in the house is not working properly, please let us know immediately. | |
| Smoking is not allowed inside. Ashtrays are provided outside for your convenience. Please do | |
| not through butts in the yard. | ||
| We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper and general cleaning supplies. | |
| Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. | |
| Towels, wash cloths, sheets and extra pillows are supplied. | |
| There is an ironing board, iron and hair dryer for your convenience. | |
| We also have a great outdoor shower! | |

Reservation Deposits and Payment Methods:
Hurricane Policy:
Refunds are given when the City of Galveston orders evacuation for the days of evacuation and subsequent
days required for any damage that prevents occupancy. Refunds are not given for inclement weather that does
not result in an official evacuation order.
Our goal is for you to have a clean, comfortable home where you can bring your family, relax and enjoy
your time on the island. We want to be your "beach home" every time you come to Galveston.
- Advance reservations are required with a $300.00 security deposit due at least 10 days prior to
arrival date and the rental amount is due prior to check-in. Cash rental payments can be made at the
time of check-in. The deposit must be paid in order to reserve the house. - We accept cash, personal checks, money orders or credit card payments through "Pay Pal". Personal
checks must be received at least 10 days prior to your arrival. - The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of check-out assuming that there is no
damage to the property or its contents. - Upon arrival if you notice any problems, please notify us immediately so that we can take care of it.
- Please try to leave the house as you found it. We do ask that you put all soiled linens in the clothes
baskets provided, load and run the dishwasher if needed, and put all trash in the outside garbage
container before you leave. - Weekend rentals are available for Friday arrival (after 6 p.m.) and Sunday departure (before 2 p.m.).
- Weekly rentals are available for Sunday arrival (after 6 p.m.) and Sunday departure (before 2 p.m).
(Arrival time can be earlier depending on rental schedule) - Additional days may be added if available.
- Cancellations are required 10 days before the arrival date. Full advanced rental fees and deposits will
be refunded if cancellations are made before the 10 days. Cancellations within the 10 day period will
forfeit the total deposit amount. - Lost items will be held for 30 days, however, we are not responsible for items that are lost or
stolen.
